These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Upwise website, online courses, webinars, programs, and all related services provided by Upwise Europe Ltd. ("Upwise", "we", "our", or "us").
By using our platform, registering for a course, or attending any event provided by Upwise, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. By registering with Upwise, you confirm that:
You are legally able to enter into binding agreements;
All information provided by you is accurate and up to date;
You will not use our services for unlawful purposes.
3. Services Description
Upwise provides online educational content, including but not limited to:
Pre-recorded and live courses
Webinars and masterclasses
Mentorship and coaching programs
Corporate training sessions
Digital learning materials
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any of our services at our discretion without prior notice.
4. User Accounts
To access certain services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to:

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Be responsible for all activities under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms.
5. Payments and Refunds
All fees for courses and services are clearly stated at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers.
Refund policies are as follows:
For self-paced courses: Full refund available within 7 calendar days of purchase, if no more than 20% of content has been completed
For live webinars and events: Refunds not available less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time
For mentorship programs: Refund terms provided individually upon contract

6. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Upwise — including videos, slides, texts, course structures, logos, and branding — is the intellectual property of Upwise Europe Ltd. or its content partners.
You may not:
Reproduce, distribute, or resell course content
Share access credentials or downloaded materials
Use our content for commercial purposes without written consent
Limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive access is granted solely for personal learning use.
7. Code of Conduct
By using our platform, you agree to interact respectfully and professionally with other users, instructors, and Upwise team members. We do not tolerate:
Harassment or abuse
Hate speech or discriminatory language
Plagiarism or cheating
Unauthorized distribution of course materials
Violation of this code may result in removal from courses without refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
Upwise provides educational content "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
Specific business outcomes, financial results, or professional success
That the platform will always be error-free or uninterrupted
That third-party integrations or tools will function flawlessly
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Upwise is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By using our services, you consent to such processing.
